Aquib Ali

Aquib is a seasoned practitioner with more than a decade of experience in civil, commercial and constitutional litigation before various courts and judicial forums including the Supreme Court of India, various state High Courts and district courts, debt recovery tribunals, the National Company Law Tribunal, the National Consumer Dispute Redressal Commission and the Central Administrative Tribunal.

He specializes in the areas of civil & commercial litigation. He regularly advises a wide array of clients on matters related to constitutional law, white collar crimes, intellectual property, employment and labour laws, shareholder disputes, regulatory issues, real estate disputes and tax law.

He has extensive experience in representing clients in domestic and international arbitration matters. He possesses expertise in advising clients on arbitration and mediation matters involving complex contractual and commercial disputes.

Over the years, Aquib has acquired practical knowledge and experience in product liability related matters. He has represented various clients before consumer dispute forums and other courts in relation to product liability matter. Such clients include one of the global leaders in the e-commerce industry and one of the largest automotive companies in India.

Aquib has significant experience in conducting and advising clients on fraud investigations. This area of his practice is complimented by his experience in advising and representing clients on criminal and fraud related matters.
