The Firm has expertise in conducting due diligence on title of properties located across India. The Firm has a large and reliable network of of counsels,  who support its property due diligence practice across various states in India.

 

The Firm regularly advises promoters and developers on various compliances under the provisions of the Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Act, 2016 (RERA) and assist in registration of construction and development projects with RERA. Our team has advised developers on preparation of legal documentation related to development of townships including, allotment letters, builder buyer agreement and other documentation required under RERA.
